The location was wonderful - really close to the beautiful autumnal lake, beautiful gardens and the slopes. It also was in the scenic New Hampshire historic resort area. The rooms were unique and spotless here with the fireplace and a very comfortable king bed, as for instance. Having a shower and a hairdryer was a bonus.

The location offered the perfect opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities such as kayaking on the lake or taking a pleasant walk around its shores. The homemade breakfasts were a true highlight, with a variety of dishes prepared each morning, including some unique and delicious options like sauteed ham with cheese grits. The service from the friendly staff was exceptional, making my stay truly enjoyable.
I couldn't fault anything about my stay. Everything was perfect.

The location of the hotel in North Sutton is incredible, so close to a lake where there's the opportunity to take out a kayak or enjoy a pleasant walk around the lake, the center of Sutton, NH, and a classical church, and general store. The breakfast is awesome and super with good choice of food. The staff are helpful and amazingly friendly, giving their best to make the stay a really really nice experience.
